Post-Conference Tours - Tour I

July 27, 2018, West Germany: Roundtrip Bonn-Frankfurt-Bonn

 

Duration: 1 day


This one-day post-conference tour will start on Friday morning.

From Bonn we will go by bus to Heilberscheid to visit a dairy farm (300 dairy cow, biogas fermenter, http://schoenberger-hof.de/). Afterwards we will continue with a guided tour of the nearby catholic cathedral of Limburg “Limburger Dom” and lunch at the river Lahn.

In the afternoon our tour goes to Groß-Umstadt to the DLG test center technology and farm inputs (http://www.dlg.org/testsagriculture.html).

This visit will be followed by a trip to Frankfurt a. M. where we enjoy the city flair with the famous skyline and a dinner in a restaurant serving local specialities like the famous apple wine.

Late in the evening we go back to Bonn by bus.


Price for this tour: € 30.00
